I assume the results will be posted at http://www.myspace.com/bobdylan, but I don't know when.

Out of the nearly 250 contest entries, are there any worth a second listen?

I have only listened to samples of most of them thus far. The few rarely covered songs are worth hearing (such as Down The Highway,) of course, but of all the BITWs, Watchtowers, etc. are there any that rise above the ordinary?

I heard a few STRANGE ones, which isn't necessarily the same as BAD.

Well, I've listened to (most of) the first list of songs, yet. There's a bit of everything among the songs - good, mediocre, bad as well as very good and strange (in different ways). Unfortunately I didn't jot something down. So I can't answer your question properly, but there definitely are some (only a few so far) covers worth a second listen.
I'll try to go through them again the next days and will hopefully be able to name some versions next week...
