I have the 5 by Åndy listed, but missed downloads of Quinn & Coffee (if they were ever available).
Was able to download Baby Tonight, When The Deal Goes Down & KOHD from his MySpace page (http://www.myspace.com/anbamusic), but only KOHD is still there.

I have listed 84 entries thus far.
Unfortunately those flash players suck for low-speeders such as I, so I haven't been able to hear many of them.

Well, 84 entries...that's not half as much as at the USA contest...hmm...no wonder...Germany, Austria and Switzerland together are much smaller than the States, at last...

I hope there'll be an affordable high-speed solution for you soon...you need it more and more, it seems...

The German "I'm Not There" Dylan covers contest ended on Saturday 3/22, although there are a few covers submitted after the deadline, and an extension has been granted for re-submission of entries that experienced problems with the Flash players.
I have added 166 covers to the DataBase that I saw listed during the contest, these will appear after the April 1 update. Several of the bands had other Dylan covers listed either on their own websites or on their MySpace pages. These additional covers will be added to the DataBase, but not listed as from the contest and are not in the list below.
A few of the entrants were not well labeled, I have done my best with the performer credits, using the MySpace ID name if no performer name was given.
In general, I linked to the performer's MySpace page only if their Dylan cover was available in their MySpace audio player. If it is/was downloadable, I made note of that. If the cover was only available on a Flash player on the contest page (even if that Flash player is repeated on the performer's MySpace page,) I only provided a link to the contest page.
You can find all these links on the Next Update Preview page after tomorrow (3/24), and in the main DataBase after 4/1/08.
Some of these may have already been deleted.
The majority of the performers are from Germany, with a few from Austria and Switzerland.
Only NEW covers are on this list, covers already in the DataBase from earlier sources are not listed below.

Congratulations to the jury-picked Top 10 Finalists in the German I'm Not There Dylan covers contest. The jury picked the ten finalists from over 200 entries.
The final winner will be chosen by a public vote. Reportedly anyone will be able to vote, a MySpace account is not required.
Unfortunately the problem-plagued contest has hit another snafu, while the link on the contest page works, the voting page itself and links to the individual contestants are not yet functioning. They are saying all will be working soon... we shall see!
